A suspected cannibal has been arrested in Moscow after police discovered a stew made from a human liver in his home. He is suspected to have killed his friend, chopped up the body and tried to dispose of the pieces in the Moskva River.
Authorities found body parts scattered in the river, including a severed head and dismembered hands, arms and feet. The victim’s identity was established by taking fingerprints. Police were led to the killer through their mutual group of friends. The suspect was arrested after they found a homemade stew with his friend’s liver in the refrigerator.
Moscow Police will release more details such as the identity of the killer and the recipe in the coming weeks.
